WHAT: Combining exercise, emotional wellness, and continuous movement, Kung Flow enables you to work with a prop to achieve a mental space where performing becomes a form of moving meditation similar to that of yoga or tai chi. You will need a contact staff (or dowel, broomstick, etc.)
